"Had a room confirmed and paid for but we got there they said it was not available and had to downgrade room. No refund. No bar, closed. Front door was broken. Different information given about taxi price from what driver charged. Lobby women’s bathroom out of order. Vending machine out of order. Bathroom needed paint job. Water was hot in bathroom. Would not recommend at all"

"A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it."

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. "Angie & Karen (managers) were both very helpful and had the "Pride of Ownership" attitude. The feel was welcoming and quaint. Also, the amenities were great and focused on the guests. I've stayed at many places both for work and personal travel and the staff was great. Highly recommend!!"
