"Good customer service upon arrival, but disappointing experience at breakfast and confusion over our booking. We were greeted with friendly and helpful service when we arrived, and we had booked two nights under separate reservations. "Arriving at the door with a phone number to ring isnt the warmest of welcomes. Given key and found room in a lovely building. Room was large, good wifi, has parking, close to a big Morrisons, lots of positives. No breakfast offered, did try the food in evening. Far too salty and expensive for what it was. Big homeless problem local. Would stay again."

"A warm welcome with clear explanation on access. It’s not a manned reception so you’ll need the code. Lovely place and in the process of renovation which I knew before booking. Feels like you’re in the countryside but very close to Coventry, 10 mins to CBS Arena in taxi. Recommended. "
