The area is pretty grubby but close to walk to the city centre and train stations. The double bed is small for two people and dips in the middle. We liked the place because it had two bedrooms and a living room sonit worked well for a family. All checkin instructions were sent by WhatsApp which worked out fine.

The property was clean but showing a lot of wear. The flooring was rotting in two places (kitchen and bathroom), and the plumbing leaked onto the floor when one of the bathroom sinks was used. If not for the plumbing and floors, it would have been much better. Otherwise comfortable, felt safe, quiet, and was in a convenient location.

Good location, check in hassle.

Average two bedroom apartment close to downtown for Christmas markets. Check in and booking process way over the top. Too many phone calls, what’s app, and messages for prepaid stay. Apartment is well used but reasonably clean.

I thought this property was a city centre aparthotel type property and it definitely is not. It was clean and convenient but quite scruffy and a distinct lack of necessary things in the kitchen ( 4 non matching water glasses, no wine glasses or fizz glasses, baking trays, matching plates etc) it definitely should have been of a higher standard for the price.

Perfect location for a gig at the O2 Acadamy

The apartment was lovely, fully equiped with everything you could want. If I had to find fault it's that you only get the instructions for the collection of keys an hour before check in, it is sent via What's App and we were driving - so you go to the apartment only to find out you have to go elsewhere to collect the keys. Not a huge issue, but could do with being looked at.

Sisters X5 trip

The Mica point Apartments were the perfect location for a recent sisters get together. A short walk from both the city centre and the lovely canal area. The apartment was clean with comfortable beds, clean towels etc. a spacious living area for relaxing in after a day out exploring Birmingham. Communication with the management was good and instructions clear for gaining access.

Great flat near Birmingham City Centre

The place is ideal if you have several people on your trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities provided are sufficient. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it is a plus if you intend to stay longer. I love the open plan kitchen and living room which allows entertainment. The location is walking distance from the city centre.

A good space but lots of things are broken or needing an update in the apartment. Generally needs a fresh paint & items replacing. There’s a lot of noise from the people above also during the day.

Never again.

Despite the apartment being very nice and in a central location it was completely let down by the security of the apartment building. The front door wasn't locked therefore anyone can wonder in and out and there were some people hanging around on the stairwell during the day and we had serious problems during Friday and Saturday night with someone ringing the downstairs buzzer. This was happening all night which meant we got very little sleep and more seriously they were ringing the apartment doorbell and trying the door handle to get in. As 5 girls only in the apartment we were very scared and very nearly had to ring the police. This was very disappointing and unfortunately none of us would stay again or recommend these apartments.

Property is ok but a bit tired. Parking gates didn't work so paid for parking but couldn't park. Building works at the back, noise from 7:30am. Bit of a pain having to phone a few times to check in - the day before, half an hour before and then when we got there. And a not pleasant underpass to walk though to get to Birmingham city centre.

The Pros: 1. The apartment is in a very good location, just a short walk to the city center & it has a nice balcony overlooking the front street. 2. The kitchen was well equipped (best feature of the apartment). Cons: 1. The cushions on the couch in the living room were completely flat and need to be replaced. Actually the couch needs to be replaced. 2. The bathrooms were lacking hooks to hang garments and shelving to place personal items. 3. The shower head in the hallway bathroom was awful, way to powerful which made it painful to take a shower. The shower curtain was cheap and flimsy & stuck to you while you were showering, not to mention it had mildew on it. 4. The young lady who did the walk through with us was not very informative and rushed so she could leave. She failed to show us how to work the stove & washer/dryer (very different from US appliances). 5. On the evening of our second & final night we suddenly lost electrical power and did not have the ability to charge our phones or use any electrical appliances before our departure the next morning. I notified the company who said it was a issue with the electrical switch at the front entrance of the apartment (how would we have known that?). No compensation was offered. 6. The pictures on the website were much nicer than the actual flat. While it was clean & a decent size it lacked appeal. We would not stay here again.

Very welcoming,comfortable appartment. Definitely come back when visit Birmingham again.One thing if you going stay with big family need more bigger cooking pods and fry pan have with you or if possible aparthotel maybe in future provide it. Apart from this our stay was absolutely enjoyable. Thanks
