"Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. "

"When I booked this resort in Hurghada, Egypt, I included breakfast. However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. I insisted several times, asking them to honor the booking as it was on Expedia, but we had to pay for breakfast. We felt scammed and robbed. There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."

Her var det utsikt til en byggeplass, ingen all inklusiv.Verten kom med det du ønsket å lage mat av selv, og vi fikk en meny å bestille middag fra. Spasertur til stranden med få solsenger.
