"No pool or breakfast as advertised. Stayed for 3 days no maid service. Only one lamp worked for lite other 3 lites no work,,,coffee machine in room but no cup or coffee. Ice machine out of order, ac blew warm air"

"Nice property, very convenient to where I needed to go. Friendly staff, nice room, but the only reason why I booked that location is because of the hot tub. I’m getting old and travelling hurts. And the hot tub was not working for my stay which was very disappointing."

"Showed up at regular check in hours for our hotel, only to find out they had overbooked the hotel and did not have a room that we requested. What unacceptable practice. Travelling with one minor and one adult, they could only offer a single bed when we booked two queen beds non smoking. The hotel refused to cooperate, no refund, no partial refund, no offer of remedy, and only through further escalation to Expedia did they begrudgingly give us the room WE PAID FOR on the second day. Totally disgusting behaviour and horrible customer service. With absolutely no due respect, stay away from this establishment with a ten foot pole."

"A/C wouldn't cool the room below 22c and it ran continuously through the night. New hotel and +20 outside. The a/c system might be a little small for the room size, nothing is worse than sleeping hot. "
