Its a noisy hotel. A lot of rules are presented to you upon checkin but nothing is actually enforced.
The rooms are being renovated but the ones that haven't been done are worn. Tough to justify the $235/night
There is a pool in the court yard that most of the rooms face. This attracts a lot tween cheer groups. We had a water leak in our bathroom. Water coming out of the light fixture when the room upstairs used the shower. At one point it was running like a facet.
Thankfully they were able to move us, but I had to request it. Maintenance was just going to mop up the water and call it good.
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Neither experience has been great. The only reason we booked a second time was due to the lack of availability in Red Deer and the location was convenient to my sons sport event.
