"The staff was friendly and efficient in getting us checked in. The ship is a little cold but I was able to get an extra blanket. There is a lot to see once onboard. We were able to get a discounted day pass coming back from a carnival cruise."

"It’s not the best hotel, it’s not in the greatest area/neighborhood. The parking area is ok. However, the staff is on point and they all have amazing customer service from check in to check out. 🙏 Breakfast has lots of food options to choose from. 👍 House keeping does a great job rooms were clean and well stocked. 🙌 This was our 2nd time here and it won’t be our last. Thank you to your Signal Hill location"

"Nice hotel. Ideal if you have a car as it’s about a 20min walk to the downtown side of the water. In the process of being updated so restaurant was closed except a smaller selection available at bar/room service. Pool was nice and just needs a little bit of sprucing up to match remodeling. Staff were pleasant but nothing exceeding expectations and barely what you’d expect for hospitality "

"Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. "

"A nice, clean little room. The A/C worked well to keep down the mugginess and the shower had good water pressure. Our only small critique is that the fridge was tuned off at some point, and we did have some things in it at that time. Otherwise, we recommend this place!"
