"Had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was friendly. It ended up being a perfect chill birthday/Mother’s Day getaway. The only downside was that the restaurant is currently under construction, so the menu was very limited and food/drinks were served in to-go boxes instead of regular dining service. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay"

"You get what you pay for. Which isn’t much. The first room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned or turned around since the last guest. I let them know and they moved me right away to another room that was clean. As noted in other reviews, the linens and towels are stained and the ac doesn’t really work. They take a $60 deposit at check in that is only returned in 6-8 business days after check out- which is really not ideal. All this I was expecting and okay with, but it was the broken locks on the door that almost made me leave."

"Laura manager on duty was by far the best great hospitality took care of her guest. Attentive Only thing that I didn’t like was couldn’t have your own drink by the pool or food .. the hotel was great clean friendly the lobby was a nice place to hang out with the fam bam with the games the had playing pool. Based on the hospitality given I could see my self working in a hotel. The bartender Natalie was awesome great service "

"It was very centrally located, on the corner of 2 major streets. It was unique due to it being in the shape of a cylinder. The room was simple and clean Very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. We door dashed and the food was delivered directly to our room. It was a very comfortable stay I would stay there again."

"Oh my gosh, everything that used to be renovated it is so dated there were holes in the blanket thank goodness we only stayed for one night. I would definitely pay more money next time when we’re going on a cruise and stay at a nicer place. This was just awful."
