"tbh it looks just like the pictures, staff were the nicest people help with any question I had very nice people 10/10 the rooms were clean bathroom was clean I loved the shower, bed were clean and comfortable and if you plan on staying here I highly recommend it the only problem is the parking lol but it’s easy just have to find a spot and you don’t have to pay after 6 until 9am."

"Bathroom was in terrible shape- broken, dirty tiles, tub and fixtures- sink unstable and ready to fall off the wall. Parking inadequate- cars were blocked in their spaces by other cars parked and left in the middle of the lot overnight. The entire parking lot was grid lock. Rooms are Nothing like shown on their website. If you’re expecting to park in a parking space, don’t stay here. If you need to set your hand on the sink to brush your teeth- don’t stay here- bathroom is completely Unsafe!"

"It’s not the best hotel, it’s not in the greatest area/neighborhood. The parking area is ok. However, the staff is on point and they all have amazing customer service from check in to check out. 🙏 Breakfast has lots of food options to choose from. 👍 House keeping does a great job rooms were clean and well stocked. 🙌 This was our 2nd time here and it won’t be our last. Thank you to your Signal Hill location"

"Nice hotel. Ideal if you have a car as it’s about a 20min walk to the downtown side of the water. In the process of being updated so restaurant was closed except a smaller selection available at bar/room service. Pool was nice and just needs a little bit of sprucing up to match remodeling. Staff were pleasant but nothing exceeding expectations and barely what you’d expect for hospitality "

"Don’t be fooled by the rating on here. The building is old, and the walls are extremely thin. If you end up in the first floor like I did, good luck. You’ll hear everyone above you or the ice machine running at 3 am right outside your door. I did think the room was clean, but the noise was hard to overlook. "
