"New room"

"Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."

"Had a great stay here. Perfect location for access to train station, bus stops and old town/lake. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was superb! Shout out to the ladies serving breakfast, they were amazing, always smiling and kept everything stocked up and every day came with a tray of new things to try. Thanks you! "

"Lake Garda is a stunning place and we were delighted with Grand Hotel Terme as our choice of accommodation. The location is fantastic. There is plenty to explore on the peninsula and it is easy to get out on the water by boat. The hotel itself has amazing views of the castle and the lake. We stayed in one of the suites which was generous in size, clean and had a great balcony. The staff were all super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was on point. We ate at the restaurant one evening and were impressed with our meal. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of food. We would thoroughly recommend."

"We only slept here for a handful of hours before a very early flight but we were both very impressed and it will likely be our go to hotel flying out of Verona from here on out. Staff was awesome, they helped us book an early taxi and even made us little to go breakfast bags. My only feedback would be two extra bed pillows but everything else was perfect! Thank you so much. "Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back. "
