The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. "The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."
