"The only thing negative is the handicap room had a low toilet with no rails which made it difficult for a handicap person and the bathtub faucet could not be shut off completely. Reported it to staff. Check in was very easy and staff was courteous and friendly. "

"The front desk person named Matthew was exceptionally wonderful, polite, kind, and so very helpful. He's an incredible asset to your hotel. I had problems with my TV and my phone in the room, he jumped on it "like a chicken on a bug." He was so hospitable and gracious in every way. He really made a difference in my stay."
