"The resort is very beautiful, and I can't say enough good about the staff. The restaurant's chef was extremely friendly and accommodating when we arrived late and it was almost (restaurant) closing time. The only complaint I have is the bed...it was comfortable enough, but the mattress is covered in some sort of plastic and the sheets were odd...almost plastic as well. Every time we'd roll over, it was like rolling around in a bunch of Walmart bags. This beautiful resort really needs to rethink their bedding... that truly was the only complaint we had for our 3-night stay!"

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a stunning log lobby and massive stone fireplace. The room was updated and had everything I needed, and the food selection at the on-site restaurant was great at reasonable prices. But what truly made my stay special was the quick access to Old Faithful geyser - I watched it erupt multiple times without having to change my plans. My only surprise was the low ratings, but I believe it's because people have different expectations. "Great indoor/outdoor pool/hot tubs/Sauna. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the ambiance/decor. Breakfast was just ok, but had proudly brewed Starbucks coffee. Nice gym."
