"Staff was exceptional"

"Great location and hotel staff I only dealt with was the concierge. He was very professional and helpful. I was checked in and out very quickly which is always a good thing for me. The room was very clean and well equipped with the necessary items for a nice stay. Had one of the best restaurants J. Alexander's I had eaten at a few times in various locations. One of the best carrot cakes made and to be quite honest. I never liked carrot cakes but a few friends recommended the restaurant and the carrot cake. Also, their baked potatoes are so good too. Quite fluffy and tasty."

"Good hotel where I have stayed during previous visits to Columbus. Great staff, check in was quick and easy. They get busy on weekends and your chance of having to deal with noise is increased. First night I had loud neighbors drinking and partying in their room very late. Second night they were gone and it was nice and quiet. Good location on the north side, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping."

"Cleaning of the room was ok upon putting my bag down I noticed there was candy wrapping in the floor. Seeing this it makes me wonder how clean my room was."

"The weather was very cold and snowy during our stay and we enjoyed breakfast each morning and things were super clean and food bar very well maintained."

"Room was fine, but my credit card was charged twice. When I went to the front desk, I learned that they already knew this, and did reverse one of the charges (which I won't see for several days because of the bank), but didn't bother telling me. The person at the front desk just proceeded to give me 4 or 5 excuses and blamed everyone else. It was almost as if it was my fault. Definitely could use some basic lessons on customer service."
