"Amazing hotel in the centre of vienna. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is boutique bougie hotel near the cathedral. Most attractions are a 10 min walk away. There is a metro stop nearby. The patio area where breakfast is served is gorgeous. Spacious rooms, with huge bathroom and lovely amenities. Would highly recommend the hotel "

"The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the room we were in had maybe a 2 inch drop in level to the bathroom floor and it was a constant "toe kicker". Other than that everything was excellent. "

"Staff were terrific and so helpful with trains and advice on sights! Philipp and Lagos were exceptional caring for us, reheating our leftovers, city attractions and providing us with GREAT service. Location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! Close to everything, bakery for breakfast and coffee, Underground and many shops and museums. Rooms are nicely appointed and beds and pillows comfortable! "Las instalaciones impecables y bonitas. El personal muy amable. El desayuno buenísimo, variado y de calidad. Siempre atentos para lo que necesites. Solo dos detalles: para llegar a. tomar el elevador a mi habitación había que subir dos escalones y eso no es problema, pero con equipaje un poco difícil, una pequeña rampa estaría excelente, El último día de mi estancia no barrieron la habitación y dejaron las tazas del café sucias de la noche anterior."

"We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I...

"We had an excellent stay for 5 of us at Hotel Altstadt Vienna. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the hotel’s location made it easy to walk to the city center and explore. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it. "
