"The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"

"This was our second time staying at The Seaport Renaissance, and we were very pleased. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible. "Staff was on point. I didn’t like that. What I did not like is the fact that I reserved a room with view on the water but I got a room with view of the street I drove in to get to the hotel when I paid extra for that room. I didn’t like it a bit. Also when my wife got to the room, there was no water. We went down to but water and they didn’t have any, very disappointed. Staff was on point"
