"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"The hotel was easy to find. The free Parking was a huge plus! Only 5 minutes walk to a CTA bus stop or Metra train. Our room was very clean. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. There wasn't even an ice or water machine, no vending machines, no breakfast. But if you just need a place to sleep while you explore Chicago by day then this place is perfect."

I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. "We were able to check in early and the staff were very kind and helpful! Beds and rooms were a little smaller than expected but sufficient. Breakfast was just poptarts, apples, and oatmeal packs. Selection of sodas, waters, and ice cream for purchase was nice. Ended up buying bottled water because there was no drinking fountain and tap water didn't taste great. 30 minutes of walking and train rides to get downtown."
