"Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred. Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking out of the window. A great place to visit and a good getaway from the hustle & bustle of big towns and cities."

"The rooms are nicely updated and the bedding was very comfortable! The reception area was beautiful and the outside seating area is perfect for summer evenings. Continental breakfast was ok but wish they had fruit as an option. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating."

"We primarily choose this hotel because of the access to the kitchen, the location and price. This property is being renovated and the building is architecturally interesting and has a storied history. This is a unique property. I had interesting conversations with the onsite manager who was very friendly. The kitchen was great as well as the game room. If you prefer a boutique experience over corporate uniformity, this place is for you!"
