"Great place to stay"

"This is a unique place that seems to be a labor of love for the owners. It is NOT corporate. Breakfasts were creative and good. Radium is a small town and some of the restaurants were booked up. We stayed 3 nights and ate at the "Horsethief" bar across the street, which was surprisingly good. The best part for us was easy access to trails in the Kootenai National Park. The Radium Hot Springs were nice, too."

"Location is great, quick walk to nearby cafes and restaurants. The room looks like it was recently renovated which is nice. Could use a little more cleaning in corners and nooks. Will stay again though!"

"Amazing stay"

"The property is definitely stunning and close to many things, however I found myself disappointed. The room was okay. Good view and lots of room to store your items. However, the sheets had multiple hairs and same with the bathroom floor. The carpet was disgusting and dirty and lifting up in some areas. Water pressure in the shower was nice but we were provided with very little towels. The staff lack costumer service skills and are not personable. No proper check-out. My partner and I had to...

"Everything about the room was clean and tidy however the entrance area to the second floor rooms needs tidying and refreshing."

"The place was out dated , lots of wear , staff was good . Most of the things was not working , like the plugs in the washroom was not working to connect the dryer . No water bottle in the room , the water in the lobby was empty. The balcony was not clean . Overall if the price was from 80$-150 max it was nice . The price doesn’t match with the setup ."

"Separate bedroom"

"The section we were in is showing its age. Balcony furniture old and dilapidated. Bathroom sink taps were sticking badly. Restaurant not easily handicapped accessible."

"Room was clean and cozy. Perfect set up for a few nights we needed it for. Staff was pleasant, accommodating. No issues. Sometimes the internet was spotty for watching shows, or the remote wouldn't respond to changing channels."

"The motel room was very clean, quiet, had a comfortable bed, and the shower was good. That’s all I ask for in a budget motel where I’m only staying for one or two nights while working. The owner met me quickly as I was outside their check-in time and was very cheery and helpful."

"Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Pull out couch bed was not overly comfortable and the windows in the living room were not all covered in blinds so it was bright in there way earlier. Overall, would stay again and staff were very friendly and helpful."
