"The carpets need to be upgraded. One wing of the hotel appears to have water damage and there were fans out. There was a distinct odor that I had a hard time figuring out what it was. I was nervous that it might be an odor due to mold, but convinced myself that it was cleaning chemicals."

"We have enjoyed almost all good things in this hotel during 3 days of stay including parking, breakfast and front desk service. We often stay at this whenever traveling to the Washington great metropolitan area for business and family vacation."

"While the room was neat and clean and no issues with parking for safety, the room overall was poor. This hotel is a very old building and I was surprised by the condition being a Wyndham. The elevator was broken and so was the ice machine. The breakfast was very basic, cereal, toast, oatmeal, juice and coffee (no flavored creamer). We booked the hotel basically for sleeping as we were out and about during the day, if we were spending more time in the hotel, I wouldn't suggest this one. Perk was the price and free parking. The hotel seems like it's not in a very good part of town, but we never felt unsafe and everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful."

"Room was sparsely furnished, but clean. Bed was good but pillows provided little support. Window shades did not adequately keep sun out. No bathroom amenities like Q-tips, shower cap, etc. Parking was convenient. Elevators need upgrading. Overall, clean and sufficiently comfortable."

"The room was clean. However, it says that is a No Smoking hotel and there was a heavy cigarette smell in many areas, let alone Marijuana smell very strong in the hallways, very uncomfortable. They do not provide breakfast as advertised, it's just coffee & tea. But room was clean, free of smells and staff was very friendly and courteous."
