"The Econo Lodge offers reasonable rates, and the accommodations were adequate for the price. However, the walls appeared dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property. Improving cleanliness and using air freshening measures would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too. "

"There had been a power outage before I checked in… and was unaware that hot water was not available and the discovery was made that it would not be available during the length of my stay. I would say it put a metaphorical damper on things. Had there been hot water, my stay would have been much cleaner- as hot water encourages a good shower."

"They had a clean room with staff who were kind. Their kitchen was stocked. We did have an issue with our room, so we called, but both times they put us on hold and hung up on us. So that wasn't pleasant. Besides that, parking was cheap, and it was all good."

"This hotel is showing its age. I think they are in the process of doing some upgrades, but the reality is that it is not finished. The staff were very helpful from the housekeepers to the front desk. We were visiting for the high school graduation at Meredith high school. The location of this hotel was perfect."

"As a family of 6, we love Home2 Suites! We stay with them almost everywhere we go. This location was just as nice as all the rest. Breakfast is great. The rooms are always clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They were never annoyed at my kids asking them to refill the hot water for their afternoon hot chocolate. Just a note, the entire block is under construction, so the nearest Metro stop is currently a 15 minute walk one-way."
