"No much to see, just a room to sleep and not a very comfortable bed. Window AC and expensive, breakfast the same so so...."

"The resort is in an ideal location on Duval Street and the staff is top notch from top to bottom, whether it's the grounds keepers, the cleaning crew or the bartenders, they are all so pleasant, helpful, and make you feel like they are there just for you. The pools are a good time all day long with music, live entertainment, and an on-site bar and the walkability can't be beat. The rooms are clean and there are always plenty of towels. If I were to make any improvements to the property I'd put coffee machines in the rooms that give you the option to brew expresso or a regular cup of coffee. As there are numerous coffee shops just steps away, being limited to just expresso in your room is not an issue for me personally, but having the choice would be a nice to have. The air-conditioners work very well, but can be a bit noisy, but again, not a reason to not have the best stay possible. Newer smart tvs that would allow you to log into your Hulu, Netflix, etc. accounts would be a nice perk as well. The nice to haves aside, I would recommend this property to anyone. It's 5-stars in my opinion."

"We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort."

"Great location. Beautiful resort with lots of attractions for kids. Clean rooms restaurant on the site made it very convenient.Good size swimming pool and beach area as well. Staff was friendly."

"We were very disappointed this year. Stayed last year and our room was wonderful. This year was a complete disappointment. Very little storage because refrigerator, microwave and safe took up all the room for drawers. Floor had nails popping through. Hurt my foot coming out of bed stepping on one. The floors were also sagging in some spots. The room had one small desk and only one chair. The lamp over the table had wires showing on the cord. So we were afraid to use it. The bathroom had a hot faucet that was loose in the sink and the shower was very hard to use too. Last, the mattress was absolutely awful. Needs to be replaced. "

"Very impressed with this hotel! All of the rooms have a beautiful screened in porch, which was lovely for coffee in the morning and wine at night. We were a family of four with two kids and it was wonderful to have separate bedrooms and two bathroom bathrooms, plus a full kitchen to cook some meals. The master suite bathroom was huge with a two person shower.The pool was beautiful and they were plenty of lounge chairs. The bartender was super nice. The bar food was delicious. The beach views were beautiful. It was a short drive to Key West proper."

"The staff were so friendly and gracious! Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. They also have a free shuttle that takes you to town center. Great stay! "
