"Positives: only a mile from the airport; free shuttle to and from airport and downtown: good food. Beautiful beach across the street that wasn’t crowded. Rooms were pretty nice; pieces of the property were tired (fencing, walkways) but not a deal breaker.
Neutral: you will hear airport noise. This didn’t bother us, but you will occasionally get a rumble from a jet.
Negative: not near downtown. We traveled with younger kids, so it was fine. If you’re looking for hustle and bustle of downtown, this isn’t your place. You’re only 2.5-3 miles from Duval St.
They cleaned our room late in the day (after 3). We had to call and ask for sheets for pull out couch and more towels on the first night.
Other than this, service was as excellent and staff was friendly. We will return. "
