"Ottimo hotel"

"Great boutique hotel in the middle of Tuscany. Wonderful views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really loved the complimentary wine tasting at their nearby winery! We only wish their rooftop deck would’ve been open for even better views. The hotel and winery are family owned and it’s very clear that they value every guest!"

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"The very clean room that I stayed in was very large and perfectly appointed extra pillows and blankets were in the closet closet. It was a very comfortable room windows had room darkening curtains. Excellent for night sleeping. The bathroom was superb with a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a bidet toilet, and the shower was supreme. In addition to the toiletries that were left you would not be disappointed if you book a room at this hotel, the breakfast and staff were great room cleanings occurred...

"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. The fruit, bread, and jams were fresh—no preservatives or pre-packaged products. The person in charge of the kitchen was very kind and attentive. "The property was perfect! It overlooked the vineyards and had an amazing sunset every night. It was a very relaxing property and had several other vineyards in close proximity for wine tasting. We stayed here at the end of a hectic tour of the boot of Italy so it was perfect for relaxing. The staff was great!! I would definitely recommend it!"

"The communication with the host was a bit confusing as I was told that a “colleague” would be there but, actually, it was the host’s mother. Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom....
