"Booked this hotel due to shuttle bus from airport & restaurant for evening meal. However prior to arrival message advised that the shuttle didn’t run between 12 noon to 5:30pm and we were due in at 4pm! So had to find alternative transport to hotel. On arrival a Reception staff member was in the phone. There was no acknowledgement from that staff member or from another that came to reception, collected something and walked away. "The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. "We had a one nights stay here and it was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the jaguar lodge and have some amazing photos. Our kids loved sleeping on the mezzanine floor. The lodge was spotlessly clean. We walked through the avary to access our lodge. Included in our stay was some time with the zoo keeper and we also got to go in and feed the african grey parrots. "Although we didn’t get to the hotel and check in until 10.30pm or get to use facilities we would 100% come back and stay here . Staff were very helpful. It's close to Disney land and so modern and cool design with all the modern cons a hotel should have especially for families. Breakfast was lovely we would definitely stay again!"
