This is a beautiful hotel with an ideal location for exploring el centro histórico. However, the real charm were the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Parking in the area can be rather difficult, but they were incredibly accommodating, helping us obtain free parking in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and really well located. The staff were super friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that we chose it because it was listed as having private parking which it doesn't. We parked on the road without a problem but worth knowing if you're driving.

La ubicación de la propiedad es inmejorable la propiedad está impecable y el servicio fue muy atento Si tienes problemás de movilidad hay que asegurarse de pedir una habitación en la planta baja pues las escalera si están inclinadas y no faciles

El estacionamiento es sobre la calle, no tuve ningún inconveniente salvo el tiempo para encontrar sitio libre. La habitación no cuenta con A/A y si sentimos mucho calor en la noche

En mi opinión la habitación si estaba limpia. de las amenidades no servían los despachadores del shampoo de cabello ni el de el shampoo de manos. La atención de la señorita de la mañana fue amable y cordial pero a pesar de yo estar trabajando en las sillas de su patio nunca nos ofreció entregar la habitación a las 14:11 en que llegué a trabajar al hotel. El pasamanos de la escaleta estaba completamente sucio, en nuestro caso mi hermana usa bastón y tenía que tomar el pasamanos con su otra mano al llegar a la habitación su mano estaba totalmente sucia. Pidió una toallita y ella misma la limpio tres ocasiones. Los escalones para subir a la parte de las habitaciones de arriba están totalmente empolvadas. La propiedad es muy muy bella, el concepto es hermoso y su significado también. Tal vez habría que "detallar" para lograr un bienestar pleno para los huéspedes. La regadera es cuadrada y enorme pero cási no sale agua, ni se calienta.

La habitación muy bonita y muy limpia, la decoración excelente! Un lugar super agradable! La ubicación inmejorable. Lo único que el wifi no funciona muy bien Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Especialmente porque justo enfrente está La Parroquia de Veracruz y se desayuna increíble!!

Fue una estancia agridulce fueron dos días en una habitación sin ventilación, fue muchísima calor y mosquitos posterior a ello nos cambiaron de habitación lo cual fue mejor y muy cómodo
