"I had an excellent stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. They even upgraded me to a cabin for free, which made the experience even better. The views from the property were beautiful, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the town center but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this place, especially staying in one of the cabins. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The view from the suite is gorgeous! The big window panes are spotless and we enjoyed sitting in the spacious living room looking out to the lake and mountains. A short walk into town and Queenstown Gardens. I would definitely stay here again in future trips."

"We had a great stay at Kamana Lakehouse, we hadn’t booked a lake view room so the ongoing building work (right in front of the hotel) didn’t bother us. The staff were really friendly and helpful, our room was lovely - cleaned and serviced every day, the breakfasts were tasty and varied and again the wait staff were great. Would recommend."

"stayed over the Queenstown Marathon Weekend, and it was perfect! We stayed in a family room which was the perfect sized room for 3 friends, our room overlooked the Gondola and the park. Room was spotless, bed was super comfy. the only thing i would have to say is that the water pressure in the shower isn't the best, but nothing to complain about. the location is perfect too, a quick 5 minute walk to the waterfront, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, everything is in a handy location without having to walk up any steep hills. Staff were all super friendly, the front desk team were super helpful with giving reccomendation on what to do, although we already had our itinerary sorted, they were there if you needed any help (im so sorry i forgot specific names). overall, would definetly stay again, although there is no carpark onsite there are heaps of carparking options around town."
