I liked the hotel, it's near the airport & has warm welcome staffs. Unfortunately not enough for free parking space.

Standard holiday inn property. Felt quite modern. Since its an airport hotel, surprised that they did not have an airport shuttle. No spa facilities either.

The parking is inadequate for a hotel of this size. It is unacceptable to charge $30 to park in the basement car park. On site parking is limited to about 8 spaces

Near the Queenstown airport for convenience. Overall, everything was fine except 2 issues… had to pay overnight parking for my car rental (no airport shuttle available) and air conditioner was not working properly

This property is about 15 mins from down town Queens town, so you must drive. Hotel was no frills but fine especially if you are planning to spend most of your days out and about. Budget friendly option that is clean! 24 hour laundry in the building in front which is coinvent. We came in late the first night and the person who checked us in didn't tell us where to park so we ended up getting a ticket. Then having to pay to park for the rest of our stay in their lot.

The hotel was clean and the staff very efficient. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good .. especially compared to othe hotels in NZ. The property is about a 20 minute drive to the wharf and cluster of restaurants in Queenstown.

We loved the spacious well appointed room. Thd bed was comfortable and the bathroom really good. The only issue was that we wanted to use the fantastic bus service to the airport once to get to our return flight. The busses only take cash or bee cards. No point buying a bee card for one trip and we had no cash. The hotel staff should keep petty cash for guests to buy when using the bus service because that bus service is the whole point of staying near the airport. You can't walk that distance with heavy bags in the heat Otherwise good hotel. We had our evening meal the night before leaving. It was a great atmosphere and beautiful food. We particularly liked that the restaurant offered a variety of choice and price for all tastes. Thank you.

Fantastic hotel with impeccable service. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Great area within walking distance (15 mins) of the airport and you can catch a bus from almost outside the hotel into Queenstown for 2 Dollars (£1). Supermarket, shops and restaurants at the neighbouring shopping centre. Tip go to the Pak’n’Save supermarket in Frankton, which is much better value than the supermarket near the hotel. Only issue with the hotel was the interconnecting doors between rooms. I was woken by the neighbours one evening (they weren’t being particularly loud) due to the poor sound proofing. Switched rooms the next day and problem solved. Definitely recommend staying!

Everything was good about the property. Paid public parking is available just next to the hotel for $11 per day or you can use the parking provided by hotel for $30 per day. Kept the overall rating to 4 because house keeping and room service never attended my call Breakfast is also very good. Recommend to include it in your package.

We booked super last minute after our flight was cancelled. Check in was a breeze and the room was lovely with a great shower and plenty of space. The bed was super comfy and there is plenty of food options nearby. Also great being less than 10mins to the airport!

Queenstown has limited parking. Staying near the airport was a good option. Q-town is 15 minute drive. Grocery near hotel was good option for easy meals/snacks.
