Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback on your stay with us at 13Poole Lane. Wonderful to read you enjoyed the spacious apartment, enjoyed the convenience of the elevator between 3 floors, as well as all the great kitchen/laundry facilities. These are a popular reason for guests to choose our self catering apartment rather than hotel rooms. With regards your comment on the security bond amount, this is a reflection on the high value of properties in Queenstown and their chattels - if damage is incurred by guests for whatever reason the property owner is protected and we of course can continue to present the properties to the high standard we wish to for each and every booking wherever possible. The bond is not a deduction/payment but rather a block on the provided cards credit and the bond is released when guests depart if no damage has been incurred. We hope that you will come back to stay with us again inn the future Kind Regards
