"The staff are all super lovely and attentive, the restaurant is amazing and the sauna access was a nice surprise. The hotel itself is old and tired. They have spruced things up a bit with cork feature walls and pony rider blankets but there are functional problems like the walls are thin, showers have no water pressure (and are stainless still like the ones you'd hose your dog down in). Seems they are doing some work on the place though so Im sure things would improve. Its more like a fancy backpackers with a high end restaurant.I feel like they price their rooms accordingly so we have no complaints and would stay again for sure. Super close to the airport which was our main reason for booking. "
"We were there in summer and were underwhelmed by the location. The atmosphere was stunningly high-volume, impersonal. But, if you want in-and-out, sure. It's clean and paid parking works well enough. Staff seem to follow protocols, but the whole "Hi, guys" thing doesn't work well on 60-something-year-olds. ."
"Our studio suite was excellent. For a week of hiking and biking the inroom laundry and kitchen were perfect. Super comfy king bed and pillows. The shower pressure was wonderful! It was a quick walk to town and so close to Queenston park for frisbee golf and sunsets. Staff are great. Restaurant has a chill vibe and good food. Loved waking up with a view of the mountains and lake. Very clean. I would definately stay here again!"
"Odd location in a strip mall away from the main town. The rooms were comfortable, clean but again it was surrounded by stores. Nice staff. Not the spa experience - spa across the way. Clean hotel in a mall. "
"Room was incredibly small, but ok. Shower in our room was broken on arrival, receptionist said they are fully bookend and can't give us another room, but they will move us the next day. They actually fixed the shower next day, but the drain was clogged, so the shower was pretty much unusable on both days of our stay. One would wonder whether they actually clean the bathroom that they weren't aware of those defects, or they just don't care about the property condition. Hotel description says parking available, although there is no parking. Just public paid parking around, which is limited.
Common area and bar were pretty good. Overall, overpriced for what it delivers.
2 out of 10, would not recommend or stay again."
