"Was happy with the hotel overall. Location was great, easy walk to 2 stations. Nearby area had eateries and convenient/grocer stores. The breakfast was excellent, the croissants were the best we had eaten at hotels! Thank u for serving bacons too! Overall clean, convenient & great!"

"Small hotel in central Paris. Location good for Eurostar but not the nicest area. My wife and I stayed for one night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room however was very small, the bed very uncomfortable and the sheets not very good quality. The carpet in the room was very stained. Breakfast was basic. All in all for the high price per night I was very disappointed."

"The location is good, you find easily supermarkets and cafes and restaurants around. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Just consider that there is no refri in the rooms. But the hotel staff mentioned that it is possibe to keep things in the kitchen. We found the breakfast delicious and the staff were friendly.
We had issues with stability of WiFi connection, but the staff mentioned told that it was like that before and the issue was recent and they are going to fix that."

"First floor room but lift did not serve the room directly and still had to climb stairs. Took lift the receptionist met us to carry cases. One wall room mirrored- perhaps to make it look larger. Mini fridge with free water, good shower. Air con. Comfortable bed. Receptionist could have been more cheerful, Good location for both Gare de Nord and Gare de Est"

"Excellent place, and very friendly staff! Super close to Gare Du Nord (7min walk), and many great food options nearby. Maison Bayat bakery is amazing. Restrooms are pretty small including the walk-in shower so would re-consider if you’re a bigger person and I am not a big person saying this. AC is available."

"The staff is the absolute gem at this hotel. Just lovely, helpful, engaging folks! Raphaela, Maxim, Karim, Farid, and the two ladies who attended to breakfast and room cleaning. All truly nice people! Check-in and out easy. Can store baggage free if checking in early or out late. Water and sodas for sale at a reasonable 1 euro fee. Very good location, walking distance to Port St Denis. Metro stop there also. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Lift to get to rooms on premise. ...
