"I asked one of the housekeepers when would they clean my room. She replied every 15 days. I told her I’m only here for 7 nights and that it was already 3 days one had come to clean my room. I also went to front desk to request for room cleaning the person told me on Monday you should have someone clean your room. I asked on a Saturday she told me on Sunday they only have one housekeeper. I wouldn’t ever stay at this hotel again."

"The room was clean. But didn't have the right amount of towels consistently. Every time the room was cleaned we would only have 3 towels stocked for the 4 of us. The staff was nice when asking for more pillows and towels though. The breakfast was ok. They have a waffle maker and the usual items such as toast, yogurt, and oatmeal. "

"I thought the hotel was good for what I was in Austin for. I was in town for a celebration of life. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet. What stood out for me was the breakfast had excellent choices …a little different each day, which I loved. The hotel is located right on the hwy (but set back away from the road and away from all the noise), so when you are exiting from the hwy to get to the hotel, you have to immediately get on the right lane because the entrance is fast approaching. It’s very difficult and dangerous when you have incoming cars in the middle and right lane. Otherwise, you’ll have to continue on to the stop light and turn right and then turn around and get on the feeder to get to the building."
