"The kitchen closed at 9: 30pm, which kind of early for people that is traveling."

"There was not a coffee maker in the room which every motel we have stayed in always has a coffee maker in it. Also no ice bucket or plastic glasses in the room. At 8:30 am there were no eggs or pancake mix, yogurt machine was empty and also the orange juice was gone! Also no one was checking on the food or cleaning up the counter! Very disgusting! Did not get clean towels or maid service each day."

"THEY LIED! At the time I made my reservation, this hotel advertised that there was Free Self-Parking. When I arrived, I was charged for parking. I asked for a refund and they did try to contact the Self-Parking business, but in the end, I did not get a refund. I see now that the Hotels.com ad listing has been updated to show that the parking is not free. It showed free parking when I first reserved this room."
