"We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

"Was not aware of the lay out of hotel. To see view had to leave my curtains open and everyone walking by can look into my room. To have privacy needed to keep curtains closed, then no view, no window. Have not been a room with no windows are anyway to get sun light, unless I open my curtain and everyone walking by can see into my room"
