They just won’t turn on the A/C citing it’s not hot outside ……. There’s no need for A/C. We are all sweaty and didn’t even sleep well. Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean.
