This is not about the hotel but you guys. I had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours before the front desk employee could let me upstairs. It was a layover of 8 hours, and since the hotel was right by the hotel, I wanted to at least get about 5 hours of sleep. That never happen because from 11 pm until 3 am, I had to sit glued in the lobby, because why? Hotel.com never sent the reservation and they were trying to charge me again.
I called complain about this and nothing was done.
