Disappointing visit disappointing response
After arriving at the hotel we commented on the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment had a visible file of dust on almost every surface and walls, shower didn't close properly. Reception were not interested in doing anything about it or locating a different room. There was also a problem getting reliable wifi, which reception said is not their problemall on all not a great experience.

Nice weeklong stay
Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location, with supermarket a few minutes walk away. Rooms were well maintained. Not a typical hotel - no front desk for checking in, and the place was a bit hard to find. Tv available only for long term members. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great experience, loved it
Even though the person running the place doesn't speak English he used translator to make sure all will be understood and helped. I had few requirements and all were done very fast with a positive attitude. Just for everyone to know it is on opposite side of Westin hotel (regular building called Tsingtao center).

좋았어요
후기가 별로 없어서 걱정했는데 생각보다 좋았어요. 일단 5명이 지내는데도 무리없을 크기였고 블로그를 찾아보면 건물 찾어가는 것도 어렵지 않아요. 올림픽세일링이 아니라 5.4광장에서 가까워요. 그외에도 가격대비 만족입니다.

틀린 지도때문에 발생한 모든일들(Wrong location on map)
친구랑 둘이 여행갔는데 친구가 맘에든다고 해서 예약했어요. 둘다 영어는 할줄알고 중국어는 못해요. 전 여행을 많이 다녀본 편이고 구글 맵이 편해서 구글 지도에 위치를 찍으려 눌러봤는데 우시스퀘어(5.4 광장) 과 거리가 너무 멀어 구글에 쳐보니 익스피디아를 제외한 다른 사이트는 다른 위치를 알려 줬어요. 긴가 민가 했지만 저희가 예약한 곳은 익스피디아니까 그 지도에 써있는 데로 찾아서 갔어요. (지도대로 가실거면 쇼핑몰 옆 37층이 체크인 카운터입니다.) 하지만 이 지도는 다른지점의 지도에요. 이 호텔을 예약하실 분들은 부디 구글에서 이 호텔의 이름을 쳐서 다른 사이트의 맵을 보고 가세요. 우시스퀘어 바로 앞의 숙소가 맞는 숙소 위치 입니다. 호텔처럼 프론트가 있는게 아니라 그냥 오피스텔 방 하나에 여행사 같은 규모의 데스크가 있어요. 저희는 저희가 맞는 장소를 찾아간줄 알고 체크인 해달라고 했는데 우왕좌왕 하더니 저희의 예약번호를 묻고 각종 일련번호들을 불러달라고 했어요. 준비해갔기 망정이지 정말 곤란했을거에요. 그리고 충격적이게도 직원이 영어를 거의 못합니다.직원분 자체는 친절하셨지만 간단한 단어들만 겨우 알아 들을 정도고 숙박에 필요한 기본적회화가 되지 않아서 번역기를 써서 대화했어요. 직원분 3명중 아무도영어를 못했고, 또 지도가 틀려 다른지점으로 오게 된 것을 말했는데도 알아듣지 못해 일자리가 늦었어요.(3시간) 원래의 예약한 곳으로 가고 싶다고 하니 사장이 같은 체인이라며 그냥 자는게 어떠냐고 했고 싫다고했지만 말이 안통해서 제 의사를 번역기로 말하고있는 이상황과 3시간이라는 시간이 아까워 그냥 자기로 했네요. 방 자체는 괜찮았어요. 상상한 그대로 사진 그대로이고, 다만 중국어를 모르시는분이라면 가시기전에 꼭 구글맵 확인해서 저희같은일 없으시길 바라요. 재발방지를 위해 도착하자마자 서울에서 씁니다. Wrong map!!!!!!!!!!!!!! search on google and check other reservation site ! me and my bf was follow this website's map, and we found wrong place! it was another brench and worker in front desk CANNOT speak english even a basic word so only way to communicate was using translater app! room was good, clean, and view was perfect as i expacted but plz remind ! checking map twice!

예약한 방은 없었고 처음 안내한 방은 퀸 침대 하나에 싱글 침대 두개 예약한 방으로 달라니 비슷한 방이라고 대리고 간곳은 이미 투숙객이 체크인 한 듯 짐이 있었고 마스터 키로 확인도 안하고 막 들어가고 다음 방은 직원(아마 청소하는 분들인 듯)이 상주하며 쉬는방. . 그래도 이방은 5명이 잘 수있는 형태라 이방을 하겠다고하니 쉬고 있던 직원들 짜증내며 나가고 청소는 1도 안해주고 그냥 짐만 들고 나감. 14개국을 다녀보았지만 그 중 최악의 숙소였음
