"After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional "

"The amount of times the people working there threatened us with a smoking fee was ridiculous. It started before we even arrived and continued multiple times at check-in. We are non-smokers anyway, so there was absolutely zero chance of us smoking in the room. Despite telling them this multiple times, they threatened to charge us if there was even a little smell of smoke. Besides this, there were a few bugs we found in the bathroom which was not that big of a deal. They had no shampoo and one small bar of soap so a shower was not very convenient. All in, I would not recommend this place to anyone. "
