It was heated when we arrived and the air jets were working fine the first day then the second day it went out and we were told that it was not a heated pool and it was just a cocktail pool. Other than that it was a great stay."

"When we first arrived the house smelled musty, there was a cup with a lip print in the cupboard the house states it's 2 levels but does not say that they are 2 seperate units, you have to go outside to get up and down so that made sleeping arrangements and spending time together in the home difficult, the sheets must not have been washed because when we went to go to bed and got under the covers there was sand in the sheets so we had to wash them ourselves. My 7 year old has asthma and my sister...
