Hotels near Putian Temple

"We had booked 2 stays in at this hotel (with a short trip to another part of Taiwan in the middle). The first stay, our room smelled of mold. When we informed the staff, they gave us a dehumidifier, which did not work very well. Our second stay was in a different room and it was much nicer. However it would've been better if they just exchanged rooms for us in our first stay as they did have other rooms available. "

"The place was clean and the staff were very respectful. Instead of common cards, the hotel uses an electronic system with buttons to set the "Do not disturb" or "please clean" status. The room's cleaning system requires the card to be always inserted to the electricity slot, otherwise the DND sign turns off and the staff will not understand it. I suggest receiving 2 room keycards to deal with this issue. Otherwise, it's a very clean hotel in a busy area with lots of shops and good access to tourism areas."

"Clean and beautiful two-level loft room! Gym on the top floor! Air conditioning! Nice staff! Environment upon entering was a bar-like vibe. The breakfast was great, just be seated an hour before it closes for breakfast or the hot food will be put away before you can eat any."
