良い点 ※古い部屋だが掃除が行き届いていた。 ※朝食ブッフェが美味しい。人手不足らしいができれば続けてほしい。 ※新竹駅から信号渡ってすぐ。疲れた身体にはありがたい。 困った点 ※バスタオルが所々破れてる。汚いとか変な臭いは無いが気になる人は止めておいたほうが良い ※シャワーの拡散範囲が広すぎてバスルームが水だらけになる ※冷蔵庫がワインセラーみたいなタイプで冷えにくかった。 過去に同価格帯のすぐ近くにある別ホテルに宿泊した経験がありますが、そこと比較したら次回もここに泊まります。コスパは良かった。 あとこちらのホテル、オートロックではないです。自分でロックしドアを閉め鍵をかけて下さい。ルームキーは外出時フロントに預ける必要があります。 ホテルの空室状況により異なるのでしょうが、荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思ったら、チェックイン後、そのまま部屋に入れたので助かりました。 次回も利用します。

如果預算不多又沒有太高要求的話，可以選擇這一間旅館，距離新竹火車站只有幾分鐘的路程，房間清潔方面整體都不錯，但隔音比較差，如果有這方面顧慮的話需再作考慮。但整體來說性價比還是可以的。

駅近立地条件よし！清潔度良いとは言えない。

駅から徒歩で約3分以内の場所にあるので、観光や買い物立地条件もいいと思いますが、室内清掃は行き届いているとは言い難い。8月に1泊だけの宿泊だったが、3人1部屋でダブルベットとシングルベッドが1つずつ。ベッドと浴室には髪の毛が残っていたので、清潔とは言えない。値段が安いので、それ相応の内容だと思う。

對三種人很適合： 一大早要去新竹火車站坐火車的人 要求性價比高的人 只求有地方可以睡覺的人 以新竹火車站的地段，一個晚上800元可以睡覺， 算還好了。

掃除が雑過ぎるにも程がある

「汚い」の一言に尽きる。 ウォーターサーバーのボトルタンクに緑色の藻が生えてる。 お風呂にチソ毛が数本落ちてる。 ゴミが溜まっている。 ネズミがいる。 別部屋の音漏れ。 大雑把な私でも不快指数MAX。 日本円で一泊約5600は、普段なら安宿のお値段として妥当かなと言えますが、このホテルでこの値段は高額過ぎる。1000円でも高いと感じる程、とにかく汚い。 ウォーターサーバーのお水は絶対に飲んではいけません！
