"The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost...

"Realmente nos sentimos como en casa, el personal de seguridad es excelente. Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares, perfecto para desayunar y cenar viendo el mar y la naturaleza. Los atardeceres son mágicos. El único detalle es que cuando llegamos aún en la secadora de ropa había ropa de cama y la cama principal en general podría tener mejor colchón, almohadas y ropa de cama y más limpia. "

"The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. "

"I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer...
