I’ve said it before, but however beautiful a hotel is it’s the people that really make it because of the warm welcoming management and staff and that feeling of being at home rather than at a hotel.

Requiere de pintura, limpieza de alrededores, drenaje de aguas estancadas, mamtenimiento regular de las areas verdes, construcción de pasillos seguros en los cuales los invitados puedan llegar a la discoteca, parque acuatico, casino etc sin tener que cruzqr la calle o caer en sanjas muy profundas.

I requested a handicapped accesible room and they did not have available as the website said.neither had acssesible transportation and the pave areas for me to go water Park are not well maid ,ramps were not well done ,they had step between Street and side walk. The room did not have shower bench as the website said ,stAff gave me patio furniture(plastic chair). Pool did not have lifter it does have. A ramp but no water wheelchair to enter trhu. From lobby to water Park almost a mile and they do not have transportation have to walk or move truoght the street.(Dangerous).

I just recently visited at the resort. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. It was more like Days Inn. None of the outlets worked in the room. I went to open the door one morning and the hinge fell out. The room smelled like a nursing home. And they were so kind to say they would upgrade me when I first arrived and that was the upgrade room.

El hotel esta excelente pero hay cosas en las que pueden mejorar. En los cuartos la cerradura abre muy facil por lo que no hay seguridad para los papas que viajamos con niños pequeños, mi bebe de un año abria la puerta con facilidad. Las almohadas tiene mal olor, deben cambiarlas o ponerles covers plasticos para que esto no ocurra. Los baños no tiene division al cuarto por lo que si alguien despierta primero al encender las luces molesta a los que todavia duermen.

This property was horrible. My family and I have the worst experience ever. The staff were mean, the place has roaches. The walls have holes in them. The food was the same food, no matter where or restaurant you went to drinks was horrible. I know sometimes we read reviews and we might think it’s the person Opinion, but I can tell you if you want to waste your money and have a horrible time go to this hotel. Also, they have long walks to everything and no transportation to take you around. What park is not even on the property or any of the clubs?
