I got to call this like I see it. They get an overall 2 stars for not having hot water. If you dont mind a cold shower, you will be just fine. Everything else was OK. We only had 1 night so not much to complain about. TV worked, AC worked, refrigerator & microwave worked, the room was clean and the facility has 24 hr security. The communication with the hotel could have been better because finding the hotel office via location did not work. Luckily, I knew where to go as I visit the area often. I think more pictures of the office location would help others find the reception office. Next, better communication on prices is needed as I spent a little more for taxes that the web site said. All in all, with everything said, I would stay there again but with no hot water, it would not be my first choice.

Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle

I got a hotel room to sleep to go to sleep at night. It is so damn noisy. I can’t even hear my TV. I am very disappointed I pay over $100 to have music pounding my windows I can’t get any sleep.

The cutlery and crockery were dirty upon arrival so had to clean it all. Very few sunbeds around the pool in relation to numbers staying. The fella in charge of the place was unhelpful and could not care less - not fit for purpose. Had same towels and linen for two weeks and no cleaning provided in spite of asking, nothing was arranged so cleaned the floor myself. Overall, VERY poor.
