I stayed at this resort through the Preferred Club and had such a relaxing experience. The beach is why I booked this resort, and it did not disappoint. The water was crystal clear with no seaweed, and the sand was soft and beautiful. The spa was amazing as well, my husband and I booked full body massages and loved it. The resort itself is gorgeous, and I liked that every restaurant had its own menu. My only issue was the limited chicken options since I do not eat other meats. Breakfast became repetitive, and there were not many chicken choices around the resort, I would have loved to have some wings or fry chicken on the menu. Other than that, this resort was truly a 10/10 and I would definitely return.

They moved our belongings while we were at breakfast for only 30 minutes, and didn't bother to tell us where they moved them to. Not cool. But management was very nice and understanding when we complained. The loud music was ANNOYING! There is no where to go to escape it! People are on the beach and wanted to read, sleep, relax. It was difficult with the loud music blasting during the day. Restaurants were good. Hardly any wait times. Nightly entertainment was great. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, the Circus show, the Fire show and so on. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time anyway. The music just doesn't have to be so loud!!

The rooms were great, staff was amazing. Restocked plenty of towels and beverages. Marcos (activity / entertainment staff) & Bienvenidos (buffet) took great care of us. The food was surprisingly good. Only feedback, wish there was better music at the pool. This is a pretty conservative resort and it shows. But the staff is what makes this place fun,
