Service was good but I didn't like that they only allow you to make one restaurant reservation for every 3 nights. For me, if it is all inclusive, you can go to eat as many times as you want at the restaurants.

Staff in general is great. Waiters , entertainment, bar tenders , etc are great. The smell in the dining room is horrible, the buffet room location is Terrible at Bavaro, we could not eat there even one day, smells as sewerage. We had to jumped into Punta Cana restaurant. Hope you can take this in consideration and they fix this ! Thank you

The staff was friendly. Three major concerns are the WiFi was horrible no connection at all. The pina colada’s were never frozen always liquidity and cleaning staff was not great. Overall we loved the resort and would go back just a few things need fixing

i love the security inside the property. it made me feel safe all the time. food was delicious and the staff very professional and nice. the olny down side of my vacation time in this resort was the algae at the beach. the first 2 or 3 days, it was a lot, but i also must say that to my surprise the day of my return home, the beach was clean and blue. mother nature was also pleasant, and mosquitoes in a scale 1 to 10, i will say 4( we always used Off though). shopping wise, you can find the best prices at the stores that are parte of the resort.

Calls itself “All-Inclusive” but you can’t eat at any/all of their restaurants. Some are reserved for certain hotels, there’s also a rule (WHICH IS NOT ADVERTISED) that you are allowed to eat at restaurants at a 2:1, so if you stay there for 6 nights you have 3 vouchers to eat at a restaurant throughout your stay, the other 3 nights you eat at the buffet, which is good but not what I want at an all-inclusive.

The buffet ( buganvillas) area jas a terrible smell. It's better to eat at the beach during lunch but they have less selection compare to the lobby buffet. Also the rooms need to be updated. We have to switch room because of the AC is not working.

Just should not be rated 5 stars! By far the worst overall all inclusive vacation I’ve ever had. From the terrible wi-fi to the hot ass rooms. What’s the point of have ac control in the room if we can’t control the non existent ac in the room? The food was complete trash and I don’t care where you got it from on that property. Only things going for this location are the pools and beach!

The property was nice and clean. Our room was upgraded since we arrived late and we were placed close to the beach. If it rains everything get floaded and you can leave without getting soak. The staff at buffet restaurants sometimes are not around or one tell you to search for another to help you with basics as a cola or coffee. Night shows weren't that spectacular. Alcohol quality is pretty bad. The bounganvilla Buffet Rest smelled everyday like sewage.I

Some friends, my partner and I recently stayed at this resort, visiting from US. The grounds were beautiful and well groomed daily. Rooms were a little dated but overall weren’t bad. The beach was immaculate! Super clean and lots of beach chairs. The pool was great too! Very clean and not too busy. The pool bars were slow and most of the employees are not very helpful/friendly. Not all, some were quite lovely. Had it not been to getting disregarded anytime we would ask questions I would rate this place higher. Also, we did a birthday dinner on the beach. They sat us in between all the beach chairs and wasn’t much every put into that.

My first room smell really bad ……. My 3rd room was pretty cool it was by the pool and beach …. The staff very unprofessional I felt unsafe they gave another family my room key !!! My family just came from the pool and was changing out of the wet clothes the other family came in the room and seen my 9 year old naked!!!!! I went to speak to management no one came to help me so we left the resort !!!!!!
