"Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

"I went with my family, I had made 2 room reservation and paid 260.00per room upfront charged to my credit card. Than when we checked in the front desk said I only had 1 room reservation. I repeatly told her we had 2 rooms. Only gave me 1. We checked all into one room. Than in night we went for dinner and returned back at 10 pm . The resort all dark and the check in girl tells me sorry I was correct that I had 2 rooms. I told her I'm not going to repack and move to room . I asked a refund for...

"My solo trip to Libelula was incredible to say the least. With tons of beautiful views, located directly on the beach with astounding rooms that capture the essence of a space of relaxation. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff for making this trip one for the books. I 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone traveling to Tulum!"

"Mycket fint rum, trevliga detaljer, hjälpsam personal, trevliga sällskapsrummen, pool på taket med fin utsikt men rätt sliten. Bra kök. Estetiskt tilltalande boende. Dyrt område. Tips! Köp med mat från stan. Vi kunde dock inte bada i havet pga berg av stinkande alger som täckte alla stränder. (Se upp om du kommer i perioden juli-november.) Men det finns en mycket trevlig och badvänlig cenote på promenad avstånd."

"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"

"excelente servicio"

"It was an amazing stay! It is very relaxing and calm. The beach was beautiful and the food was delicious!! We will be back soon!"

"The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again"

"Breakfast was so good ❤️"

"The Whole Package! My husband and I have been to many high end resorts but this was our first experience with a boutique hotel. It has undoubtedly been the best service and accommodations we’ve ever experienced. The grounds are impeccable and the staff is exceptional. We stayed in a beach front junior suite. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room with a walk-in shower. We had private access to the pool that extended the length of the hotel. On the ocean...

"Excelente servicio en general"

"Very peaceful and serenity if that's what your looking for. No TV ,no plugs for electric appliances, only basic plug for phone, our room had no AC,but we were literally on the beach. Internet is limited and not very good. Open doors and sm window with the standing fans were good. Mosquito nets in the room. Its a very eclectic type of environment. All the rooms are different and they all have their own specific name. Hardly any staff, but very friendly Atmosphere. When you arrive they give you a...

"Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is...

"An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service in Every Way! My wife and I recently spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was being upgraded for the entire two weeks to the Rooftop Pool Master Suite. This wonderful gesture made our holiday even more special, and we truly appreciated the hotel's generosity and attention to our comfort....
