"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"I hardly write review but I must say this is the Best hotel so far with reasonable charge in Singapore. So attentive to detail. Finally a hotel that doesn't put work table right under blower and freeze me all the time. Good bathroom design and water pressure, quiet and nice, polite staff, fast check in, free breakfast with so much choices and much nicer in taste/healthy than normal paid breakfast. Bed and pillow is firm, all just make my stay so comfortable vs other budget hotel! "
"The entire establishment, in addition to offering a golf course, offers an extensive array of family activities. Our children enjoyed the fun pool, 1 of three offered (bunker and lap pool for other two) which conveniently had a Subway right at the area. Most convenient was the Fair Price market located downstairs where the shuttle was located which took us to the subway terminal (plenty of Hawker centers nearby and mall when you get off). "During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.
The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."
