"I booked a room at this hotel for a long layover between flights.We caught the free shuttle service to our hotel. Instructions were provided well in advance. The hotel was clean, but the property is a little worn. Staff were accomodating and polite. It has all the basics for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, it is located at a convenient location as it took us only 17 minutes to get to the airport, no traffic that night. "

"I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "
