"Lovely little hotel. Very clean and 5minute walk to the S-Bahn that goes directly to the central station when you can catch a train/bus/street car anywherein the city."

"Room was small for two people but good for a short stay. Restaurant terrasse has good wine. Area is nice and quiet. Continental breakfast buffet that was included in the stay was excellent with a lot of varieties of food."

"The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

"The staff at this hotel were top notch! So friendly and helpful. We arrived early from our international flight and our luggage was held so we could begin exploring. Loved the fact we had access to a supply room to retrieve extra towels, toilet paper, etc at our convenience. Centrally located to Old Town and train station. Would stay again!!! The Italian restaurant across the street has the best pizza too!!!"

"Truly delightful stay at the Platz Hotel. It’s a beautiful and majestic showcasing some Bavarian designs with some modern accents. It’s centrally located in Old Town where it’s within walking distance to major attractions and transit lines. My room was spacious, clean, and had different amenities. "A great place to stay! Location was perfect for us. Staff was amazing both at the front desk and bar. Loved the rich history of the hotel and wished I could learn the stories and history of the travelers that had passed through this oldest hotel in Munich but loved the mini museum off the staircase. "Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"
