Upgraded to suite and it was huge, very comfortable and nice view. Variety choices of food. But soundproofing is not that good, the rest is all great

was in transit overnight before my domestic flight to Sumatra. however all my flights were in T3 so i had to hop on the shuttle train to T2 where the hotel was located. My concern was that my flight the next day was very early, departure at 6am and shuttle train is unavailable at those early hours. Thanks God the hotel arrange a free shuttle via van to T3 for me to catch my flight. thank you for that. might consider staying there next time.
